In-Person Site Visit

Our in-person site visit allows us to see your property first-hand and gain a detailed understanding of its character, condition and setting.

We walk through the building with you, discussing your ideas and identifying opportunities and constraints as they arise.

This hands-on approach enables more detailed, practical advice tailored specifically to your property. Following the visit, you will receive a clear written summary outlining what was discussed, along with our recommended next steps.

If you have already completed an online meeting with us, the £295 fee you paid will be deducted from the cost of the in-person site visit.
